A: Coaching helps you move forward, build skills, and create actionable strategies. Therapy focuses on healing and processing emotions. Coaching complements, but doesn’t replace, therapy.

A: Not at this time. I hope to accept Tier 3 codes once I’m certified with NBCHWC next year.

A: Parents, caregivers, and individuals navigating neurodiversity, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, or wanting practical tools and support.

A: Yes! Choose a single Clarity Seed Session for a reset, or a package for ongoing support and savings.

Q: What is a Body-Doubling session?
A: A free, virtual co-working session every Tuesday, 9–10:30 AM, to stay focused and get things done alongside others.
Q: What is an Educational Advocacy Session?
A: A standalone session guiding parents through school support, IEP/504 plans, or advocacy strategies.
